By paying this deposit, you are reserving a time and date for on-site therapeutic massage from Mountainside On-Site Massage Therapy.

Please be sure to go back to the window under this one, and complete the Contact Form and hit SUBMIT.

If, by any chance, we do not have therapists available for that date and time, you will be refunded the full amount as soon as we have ascertained our unavailability.

If you cancel for any reason, the deposit is nonrefundable.

If you postpone your party or event, the deposit may be applied to the second date. If you cancel on the second date, the deposit cannot be applied to a third date.
